Job summary

You will collaborate with Asset Management, Facilities, Technology, Finance, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights and support strategic decisions. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of asset management experience or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years in asset management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and strategic business partners in a matrix organization.
• Experience responding to inquiries and/or complaints.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Willing to travel up to 5% for business (within state and out of state).

Responsibilities

• Implements store care programs aligned with Company strategies, budgets, and expectations for stakeholders across the organization.
• Oversees coordination among Asset Management team to deliver store care programs.
• Creates value through oversight of store care programs by promoting continuous improvement.
• Assists with developing program budgets and adhering to annual expense controls for store care programs.
• Develops and mentors staff through onboarding, communication, training and performance management.
