Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a data-driven analyst to support Pharmacy and Retail Operations in strategic planning and program development.

You will collect and summarize data, understand business processes, and analyze programs for ROI, communicating results to stakeholders and driving process improvements. The role involves creating reports and tools, collaborating with IT, legal, and process-improvement teams, and supporting multiple projects across the Retail Hub.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of data analysis and reporting experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Word skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Intermediate Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for collecting and summarizing data that will assist Pharmacy and Retail Operations management in long- and short-range strategic planning and the development and implementation of programs.
• Develops and maintains an understanding of business processes pertaining to all aspects of Pharmacy and Retail Operations within the Retail Hub.
• Analyzes data to recommend system and operational procedure changes, including ROI summaries.
• Serves as operations point of contact for projects to drive execution and communicates project information to stakeholders.
• Collects, analyzes, makes recommendations, and presents information pertaining to proposed programs to meet business goals.
• Plans, designs and deploys reports and tools.
• Collaborates across Pharmacy and Retail Operations, IT, legal and regulatory, process improvement teams to develop operational solutions.
