The Salvation Army in Georgia seeks a Family Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service. The role includes cashier oversight, banking, and ensuring policy compliance while keeping displays neat and stocked.

You will train staff, manage pricing decisions for turnover, and help with daily sales reporting in a busy store and warehouse setting.

Formación

• Requires 1 year of retail experience, preferably with supervisory duties.
• Experience supervising co-workers and maintaining store policies and procedures.
• Strong customer service and cash handling skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the Family Store and warehouse.
• Train and instruct employees in proper methods and procedures.
• Oversee cashier activities and ensure security of cashier funds; prepare daily sales reports and bank deposits.
• Maintain attractive, well-stocked displays and assist customers with locating items and prices.
• Set pricing to move stock and monitor inventory turnover.
• Assist in resolving routine problems and handle special assignments as needed.
