The Salvation Army Family Store in TOCCOA, GA is seeking a Store Supervisor to help oversee daily operations of the Family Store and warehouse, ensure policy compliance, and assist in cashier activities and customer service.

You will help maintain neat displays, price merchandise, train staff, and take on Family Store Manager responsibilities as needed. A high school diploma or G.E.D. and at least one year of retail experience, preferably in Salvation Army stores, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
• At least 1 year working in a retail store, preferably a Salvation Army store, with supervisory experience.
• Any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Family Store Manager in supervising daily operations of the Family Store and warehouse.
• Oversee cashier activities, ensure polite, friendly customer service, and manage cash accountability.
• Assist customers with locating items, prices, and inform them of store policies.
• Maintain store displays, rotate and restock merchandise for neatness and attractiveness.
• Help set prices to ensure quick turnover while maintaining fair pricing; adjust as needed.
