Join Our Team as a Store/Warehouse Associate at Kent Nutrition Group

Located in Augusta, ME, Kent Nutrition Group, a five-time US Best Managed Company award winner and part of the KENT Corporation family, is hiring for a full-time Store/Warehouse Associate. This role offers a comprehensive benefits package, employee discounts, and requires working approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends with start times as early as 7:30 a.m. and as late as 6:00 p.m.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product needs and inquiries
• Operate cash register, stock store shelves, and load store customers
• Receive product orders, merchandise, and create vendor orders
• Load and unload bagged feeds and related products for customers and warehouse
• Operate hand trucks and forklifts safely, adhering to all safety protocols
• Receive, load, and rotate inventory accurately
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse and loading areas
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management

Qualifications & Experience

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches
• Strong work history and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Preferred experience in animal care, retail, or agriculture
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening
