Blue Seal/KENT Nutrition Group, a member of the KENT Corporation family, has an opening for a Store/Warehouse Associate at our Augusta, ME store! This full-time position offers an excellent benefits package and employee discount. The schedule is 40 hours/week, including weekends, with start times as early as 7:30 a.m. and end times as late as 6:00 p.m.

This position is based in Augusta, ME.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

1. Assist customers with product needs and answer questions.
2. Process transactions at the register, stock the store, and load store customers.
3. Receive product orders, merchandise, and create vendor orders for the store.
4. Load and unload bagged feeds and related products for customers and the warehouse.
5. Operate hand trucks and forklifts safely following all safety protocols.
6. Receive, load, and rotate products accurately.
7. Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and loading areas.
8. Perform other duties as assigned by Store Management.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches.
2. Solid work history.
3. Outstanding customer service skills.
4. Ability to work independently and with others, including supervision.
5. Experience in animal, retail, or agriculture fields is preferred.
6. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
