Job summary

Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Style Merchandise Execution to lead visual merchandising and maximize store performance. You will guide a team in creating attractive fashion displays, coordinating pricing, signage, events, and stock flow to ensure a customer-ready environment.

You’ll coach and develop staff, manage inventory, and implement brand standards across departments, while fostering an inclusive, high-energy retail culture.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Able to perform heavy lifting (up to 30 lbs) and stand for long periods.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and profits through fashion merchandising execution.
• Lead store displays, pricing, signage and visual presentation.
• Coach and develop staff; hire, train, manage, evaluate and discipline.
• Manage inventory flow, stock placement and stockroom organization.
• Ensure store is customer-ready by communicating directives across categories.
