Macy’s is seeking a Manager, Style Merchandise Execution to lead how fashion merchandise is presented in our stores and to optimize the customer shopping experience.

You will drive visual merchandising standards, price changes, signage, and event setups while coaching a diverse team and ensuring inventory is accurate and well-displayed. This role rewards leadership and a passion for fashion trends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or encouraged.
• 3–5 years of management experience in retail.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise.
• Experience leading a team and driving sales through visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Apply fashion and merchandise execution experience to drive sales and profits.
• Lead communication, execution, and training of visual merchandising directives.
• Strategize pricing, signage, and visual presentation for events and product assortment.
• Create store displays using various resources and planograms.
• Oversee inventory receipt flow, placement, and stockroom organization.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline team members to meet performance expectations.
• Maintain a customer-ready store environment through brand standards and DEI initiatives.
