Job summary

Brobston Group in Austin, TX, seeks a Store Visual Manager who will implement visual strategy and seasonal directives at the store level. You will lead a team of visual stylists, partner with store, regional, corporate, and brand teams to create an inspiring customer experience and drive sales and profitability.

You will develop talent, oversee budgets, execute campaigns and store installations, maintain signage and merchandising standards, and collaborate across departments to uphold

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of visual experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to collaborate across departments, identify operational improvements, and navigate complex business problems.
• Experience presenting at the executive level and implementing large-scale store projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Develop visual stylists through clear direction, feedback, quality reviews, and recognition.
• Execute seasonal and monthly creative directives, including campaigns, windows, in-store installations, and mannequin styling.
• Maintain signage, beauty presentations, photo assignments, floor standards, and brand partner merchandising guidelines.
• Recruit and develop talent, manage the visual supply budget, and ensure project timelines are met.
• Partner with store leaders and functional teams on customer experience, operational standards, and business performance.
