Qualifications

• At least 3 years of visual experience and 2 years of leadership experience.
• Ability to build relationships across organizational levels and identify operational improvements.
• Experience presenting to executives and implementing large-scale store projects.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Guide, develop, and provide feedback to visual stylists while ensuring high-quality work and clear timelines.
• Maintain current signage, mannequin presentations, beauty setups, and photo assignments.
• Execute seasonal and monthly creative directives, including campaigns, windows, installations, and mannequin styling.
• Oversee daily store standards, brand partner guidelines, visual supplies, project budgets, and calendar timelines.
• Collaborate with store leaders, corporate and regional teams, brand partners, and selling teams; participate in store walks and leadership meetings.
• Recruit, retain, and develop talent in partnership with the Visual Director.
