Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Experience with POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Support of operations to meet sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years outdoors hobbies and skills; fishing and hunting preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Ability to follow safety and operational instructions.
• Proficiency with basic math and understanding instructions.

• Passion and knowledge in outdoor hobbies like fishing, hunting, camping.
• Must meet legal requirements for firearm transactions (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.
