They are responsible for ensuring fast, friendly customer service, helping customers navigate the wide range of products, and impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and our mission.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Experience with POS equipment, symbols, and telephones preferred (Cashier only).
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier only).
• 4+ years of personal outdoor hobbies and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification a plus (Asset Protection only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background a plus (Asset Protection only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers, with bilingual skills a plus.

• Ability to read and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency in basic math and applying instructions.
• Operate POS, symbols, and telephones (Cashier only).

• Passionate about outdoor hobbies like fishing, hunting, and camping (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• Meet legal requirements for firearm sales (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Proficient with basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly, up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Stand, handle, and use hands repetitively.
