They are responsible for ensuring fast, friendly service, helping customers navigate the wide range of products, and impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and the company's mission.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experience:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Experience operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier only).
• 4+ years of outdoors hobbies and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills:

• Ability to connect with customers and build rapport; bilingual skills are a plus.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational and detail skills.
• Ability to read and follow safety, operation, and procedural documents.
• Proficiency in basic math and understanding instructions.
• Operate and train others on POS equipment, symbol, and telephone (Cashier only).
• Ability to write routine reports and use inventory software (Cashier only).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies like fishing, hunting, shooting, and camping (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• Must meet legal requirements for firearms sales and possession (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly service to customers and team members.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures and strong situational awareness.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Lifting up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Standing, handling, and repetitive motions required.
