Job Details

Position: C-Store Team Member

Reports To: Store Manager

Type: Full-time or Part-time

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and use their names when possible.
• Provide fast, friendly service and suggest products when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including restrooms, parking lot, fuel islands, shelves, and merchandise displays.
• Stock and check merchandise for out-of-date items.
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Follow safety procedures, including handling gas fumes and cleaning products.
• Assist in emergency situations, such as fire response.

Physical and Working Environment Requirements

• Must be able to stand for entire shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Work in a cooler at 35°F for up to 30 minutes.
• Must have good vision, communication skills, and be able to speak/read/write English.
