L.L.Bean's Old Orchard Retail Store in Skokie, IL is seeking a Store Team Leader of Retail Merchandising to drive sales and lead the floor with engaging merchandising and outstanding customer service.

You will analyze reports, plan floor sets, train associates, and uphold the company's values while managing daily operations, scheduling, and safety in a dynamic outdoor lifestyle store that values belonging and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent with at least 2 years retail experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency with POS systems, MS Word and Excel; comfort with social media.
• Ability to inspire others and foster an inclusive store environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan maps and execute floor sets, translating Floor Guide into compelling displays.
• Lead and train associates, delivering GUIDE training and coaching.
• Drive sales by delivering exceptional customer service and optimizing merchandising.
• Manage opening/closing duties, staffing and daily task assignment.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and keep the sales floor stocked and presentable.
