L.L.Bean Mashpee is seeking a Store Team Leader of Retail Merchandising to drive the customer experience and brand presentation. You will plan floor sets, analyze sales data, and lead a team to deliver compelling merchandise presentations that support sales and loyalty.

The role requires an associate degree or equivalent with at least 2 years retail experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Plan maps and executes floor sets translating Trail Guide and floor sets into compelling merchandise presentations.
• Analyzes reports to drive sales and improve service metrics.
• Acts as Leader on Duty to drive conversion and sales.
• Ensures fitting room service and broad inventory coverage.
• Maintains store appearance, signage, and overall presentation.
