Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own merchandise presentation areas and drive Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery while supporting BOPIS/OMNI tasks.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience, supervisory aptitude, and a focus on customer engagement. The role involves varied shifts, teamwork, and a commitment to safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting accurately are required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store leadership and deliver Legendary Service.
• Coach Team Members and own area presentation like Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.
• Lead shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure safe, productive operations.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
