Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members on the sales floor. You will own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, and support BOPIS/OMNI activities as needed.

The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining store presentation, and driving customer engagement while ensuring safety and adherence to policies across shifts.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and accountability.
