Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key presentation areas such as Power Panels, Clipstrips, and Endcaps. The role drives Legendary Service and helps ensure a top-selling team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will lead shifts, manage front-end routines, and collaborate with management on store readiness, safety, and customer engagement. This position requires flexibility with hours and strong workplace standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution.
• Operate cash register, forklift, and loading assistance.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• May be required to perform other duties.
