Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership and deliver Legendary Service. You will coach team members, own key merchandise areas, and drive customer engagement during shifts.

The role emphasizes supervising front-end and sales-floor activities, maintaining Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery, and supporting BOPIS/OMNI initiatives. Strong communication and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory exposure preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and perform shifts as scheduled.
• Lead team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach for selling behaviors.
• Own store presentation areas (Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery).
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs.
• Ensure safety, policies, and procedures are followed.
