Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach team members. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery, while assisting with BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

Ideal candidates have retail or farming-related experience, basic computer skills, and strong interpersonal abilities. This role requires flexible hours, a valid driver’s license, and a customer‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail and/or farming or related knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts including varied hours, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Uphold safety and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members on selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip and Endcap execution and recovery on the sales floor.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
• Lead team members during shifts, delegate tasks, and ensure service expectations are met.
