You will drive sales, oversee daily operations, manage openings/closings, and ensure top-tier customer service while coaching the team on product knowledge and brand standards. You will lead staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training while preserving visual standards and inventory control.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.

• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
