Coach is seeking a Brand Ambassador for our Arlington, VA store. You will maintain a strong leadership presence on the sales floor, deliver an exceptional customer experience, and help increase brand awareness through demonstrated Coach values.

The role includes supporting store initiatives, analyzing sales trends, and coaching the team to meet KPIs. A minimum of 1+ year in retail leadership and the ability to lift merchandise (up to 50 lbs) are required.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of equivalent experience in Managing Competitive Retail Space at the Lead Supervisor level
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally) and handle stockroom tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business
• Monitor and analyze sales data, identify trends, and make recommendations to enhance store performance and team development
• Recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, high-level training as needed
• Provides feedback to improve individual performance and ensures team accountability
• Adheres to Company policies and store procedures
• Create a customer-centric culture and mentor team on clienteling to build long-term relationships
