Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, you must be able to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to execute with accountability.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, and recovery.
• Lead Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including staging and customer handoff.
• Assist with front-end, sales-floor recovery, and customer engagement routines.
• Report through leadership in stores above and below $9M in annual revenue.
