Ollie’s Bargain Outlet in Walterboro, SC is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving area, drive merchandising standards, and develop a strong store team. You will oversee merchandising, associate growth, customer service, and financial performance.

The role requires 2+ years of retail management experience, flexible scheduling to include evenings and weekends, and a valid driver’s license. This position offers growth opportunities within a fast-paced discount retailer.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors; ensures standards are met in interactions.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transitions, inventory processes, and company programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open/close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
