GUESS Factory is seeking an Assistant Manager in Fort Myers, FL, to oversee the customer experience and staff development on the sales floor and in the stockroom. You will train, coach, and lead a team to deliver high-quality service and maintain store standards.

You will drive sales and profitability by managing payroll, loss prevention, and merchandising execution while ensuring policy compliance and strong communication across the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results, and training and developing a team of individuals.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop associates per company guidelines and lead by example on the selling floor.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience and coach on product knowledge, visual merchandising and service standards.
• Meet or exceed profitability, payroll, shrink, and conversion targets for the store.
• Manage payroll, enforce loss prevention measures, and ensure policy compliance.
• Communicate effectively and adapt to changes; handle multiple tasks as assigned.
