You will own the store’s business plan, set KPIs, and ensure daily operations align with brand standards.

You will manage scheduling, merchandising, and frontline leadership to achieve top guest experiences and financial goals, requiring strong communication and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and guest loyalty, and own the store’s business plan to meet KPI goals.
• Analyze daily sales trends and financials to make real-time, innovative business decisions.
• Recruit, hire, and retain a high-performing team; develop leadership through training and performance reviews.
• Champion teamwork, set goals, and ensure branding standards are maintained across floorsets and merchandising.
• Oversee Visual Standards, merchandising, replenishment, and overall store presentation.
• Manage workforce scheduling by reviewing traffic, calendars, and payroll to optimize labor.
• Model integrity and asset protection, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
