Job summary

Ollie’s Bargain Outlet Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Co Team Leader to guide the sales floor and receiving areas. You will build a passionate team focused on selling merchandise and delivering a great associate and customer experience.

The role oversees merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight to achieve store goals. Experience in retail management and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer.
• Schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis.
• Must have a valid Driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and related reports.
• Demonstrates Ollie’s customer service behaviors in interactions; maintain company standards with associates and customers.
• Ensure store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and programs meet operational expectations.
• Develop and execute talent planning to ensure associate growth.
• Ensure proper scheduling and staffing for business needs.
• Open and close the store when needed and perform additional duties as assigned.
