You’ll drive sales through productive operations, manage scheduling and payroll, and lead with integrity while fostering growth opportunities and a strong store culture.

Qualifications

• You have led functional teams in a retail management role previously.
• You can multi-task and have attention to detail; priority-setting and time management are your strong suits.
• You know how to lead and develop teams and have a general understanding of employment law.
• You have a track record of effective communication and conflict management.
• Business acumen? You've got it!
• You understand how to analyze reporting to drive sales.

Responsabilités

• Drive sales by maximizing store productivity and building guest loyalty.
• Own the store's business plan to meet KPI goals and manage the P&L.
• Recruit, hire and retain a high-performing team with development plans.
• Establish goals, uphold brand standards, and recognize top performance daily.
• Lead Floorsets, merchandising adjustments and replenishment to keep the store guest-ready.
