Job summary

Tractor Supply Company seeks a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. Team Leaders are expected to be top selling Team Members and maintain Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, Clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred, reading, writing and counting abilities required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold safety and productive work environment by policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members for selling behaviors.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Own weekly Clothing Department recovery and standards follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking, staging, handoff and follow-up.
• Lead assigned team members during shifts with task delegation and accountability.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery and customer engagement routines.
• Maintain store readiness by owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps and Clothing.
• Operate cash register/computer and assist customers with loading purchases.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
