Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coach, develop, and hold leaders and team members accountable.
• Ability to analyze business performance and improve results.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team performance, and results.
• Lead, coach, and develop store leadership and team members.
• Build a strong leadership team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, and retain a fully staffed team.
• Create schedules that support business needs and labor standards.
• Analyze store performance and develop action plans to improve results.
• Maintain inventory control, cash handling, audits, and safety standards.
• Ensure stocking, merchandising, cleanliness, safety and store standards.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and development opportunities.
• Resolve escalated neighbor and team concerns appropriately.
• Build relationships with local community and partnerships.
• Communicate results and staffing needs to District Leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
