Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Store Team Leader in a dynamic retail environment in Conway, NH.

You will act as the CEO of your store, driving daily operations, coaching a strong team, and executing a strategic plan to meet KPI goals while upholding AEO Brand Standards. You will lead guest-focused service, analyze daily sales trends, manage scheduling, and develop associates through training and performance reviews.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team.
Ability to coach and develop staff.
Strong communication and guest engagement.
Knowledge of store operations and basic P&L considerations.
