Goodwill Legacy Group is seeking a Store Team Leader in Fishers, IN to support the Store Leader and management team in achieving operational goals. The role requires guiding hourly staff, coordinating daily tasks, and upholding Goodwill’s Mission, Vision, and Values with customers and teammates.
The position is full-time, hourly pay around $17 per hour, with duties spanning staff development, store operations, and financial stewardship.

The Store Team Leader assists the Store Leader, Assistant Store Leader, management team, and staff to execute store operational goals of the annual operating plan. The Team Leader makes judgments involving customers, team members, operational issues, business planning, priority setting, compliance with company policies, and all areas of the business.
