You’ll analyze performance, coach staff, and ensure best-in-class customer service while driving sales and presenting current fashion trends. The role emphasizes opening/closing routines, scheduling, training, and visual merchandising, with opportunities to grow through internal promotion and cross-brand collaboration.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, lead and develop a team.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
