Job summary

Foot Locker in Schaumburg, IL seeks a capable leader to assist in guiding a team and maintaining a premium store experience, including employee management, stock, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training.

In the absence of the Operations Manager, you would assume additional management duties. You’ll help create efficiencies for the store and support a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience.
• Confident and comfortable directing and interacting with staff.
• Responds well to changing omni-channel retail demands.
• Initiates tasks without supervision.
• Strong problem solving and financial analysis skills.
• High ethics, values, integrity and trust.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees shipment of merchandise to warehouse for RTV and transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills Locate orders.
• Reconciles transfer documents and nightly operations paperwork.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Maintains visual merchandising standards and price compliance.
