Foot Locker in Rockford, IL is seeking a store leadership professional to help run daily operations and deliver a premium customer experience. You will support the Operations Manager, manage staff, oversee stock, visual merchandising, and asset protection while stepping in with additional duties in their absence.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, teamwork, and flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to keep the store performing at its best.

• Demonstrated leadership ability with at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
• Confident and comfortable interacting with employees and providing direction.
• Resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands in a fast-moving retail environment.
• Initiates completion of tasks without supervision.

Mansioni

• Oversees shipment of all requested merchandise to the appropriate warehouse for RTV and store transfers.
• Retrieves merchandise and fulfills customer Locate orders.
• Reconciles store-to-store transfer documents, shipment manifests, and receiving papers.
• Follows loss prevention policies to minimize shrink.
• Performs tasks to maintain visual merchandising standards, pricing, and compliance that affect the customer experience.
