Job summary

• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers with questions in a positive manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Train and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store.
• Protect store assets including cash and records.
• Follow company policies and safety guidelines.
• Assist with payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Support Store Manager in supervision and team development.
