Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service and team leadership.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Manager on Duty, leading staff during shifts.
• Supervise Cashier/Sales Associates to ensure accurate transactions and service.
• Oversee Stockroom staff for donation handling and restocking.
• Coordinate Donation Pickup Driver and Laborer pickups.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling.
• Ensure merchandise is restocked and displays are neat.
• Address customer inquiries with professionalism.
• Promote a mission-driven work culture aligned with Cornerstone Support Services’ values.
• Communicate with Store Manager and Assistant Manager on staff needs.
