Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. You will help deliver Legendary Service and drive store performance while maintaining safety and high standards of operation.

Qualifications

Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
Work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
Uphold a safe and productive work environment by enforcing policies and procedures.
Deliver Legendary Service and leadership via customer engagement and coaching.
Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution and recovery.
Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoffs as assigned.
Lead assigned Team Members, delegate tasks, and ensure service expectations.
Assist with front-end, floor recovery, and customer engagement routines.
