LEGO Group is seeking an on-site/hybrid Sales Lead in Mississippi to support store operations. You will assist the ASM and SM with scheduling, supervise Sales Associates during shifts, and ensure proper merchandise presentation and stockroom organization.

You will also handle basic ordering of supplies, ensure cash handling compliance, and help maintain a welcoming, efficient shop environment with a focus on LEGO policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist ASM and SM with holiday, attendance and team scheduling.

• Process store/office supply orders within guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure proper money handling by all Sales Associates.
• Keep stockroom organized and merchandize products on the shop floor.
• Support high standards of merchandise presentation per store guidelines.
