The LEGO Group in the United States (Jackson, MS) seeks a guest-focused team member to enhance the LEGO store experience. You will greet guests, handle all cash register functions, and maintain a professional, engaging demeanor at all times.

You will keep the store clean, maintain displays, support stockroom operations, and participate in LEGO Brand Retail standards. The role also involves customer issue resolution and promoting promotions and loyalty programs.

Responsabilidades

• Greeting guests and performing all cash register functions with a professional, friendly demeanor
• Maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment and stock displays
• Assist in receiving merchandise and safekeeping of the stockroom and safety compliance
• Resolve customer issues and report difficult situations to the manager
• Engage customers with promotions and loyalty programs
• Handle typical store operational tasks during shifts
