Job summary

The LEGO Group in the United States is seeking a Retail Team member to support non-sales activities in one or more LEGO retail stores. You will assist with scheduling, supervise Sales Associates, and ensure efficient stock handling and merchandise presentation according to store guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining stockroom organization, processing orders for supplies, and following money-handling procedures, with a focus on loss prevention and customer-facing standards.

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues per LEGO policies
• Complete orders for store and office supplies
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed
• Maintain well-organised stockroom and merchandised products on the floor
• Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation
