The LEGO Group is seeking a full‑time Team Leader for its Somerset Collection in Troy, MI. You will guide a high‑performing team, train staff on product knowledge and customer service, and ensure profitable in‑store execution with strong visual merchandising.

This hybrid role requires leadership in a busy retail environment, cash handling accuracy, and collaboration with store leadership to optimize sales and guest experience, with a focus on LEGO Brand values.

Qualifications

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Delivery of Employee training.
• Cash handling and inventory/sales auditing.
• Point of sale automated systems.
• Merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Assist the ASM and SM in maintaining holiday, attendance, and team scheduling.
• Supervise Sales Associates during shifts, handling issues per LEGO policies with ASM/SM support.
• Complete orders for store and office supplies per guidelines and budgets.
• Ensure money handling procedures are followed by all Sales Associates.
• Keep a well-organized stockroom and merchandize all products on the floor while meeting loss-prevention targets.
• Assist in achieving high standards of merchandise presentation following store guidelines.
