Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales reports and KPIs with Store Manager to drive in-store performance.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll accuracy, and payroll controls.
• Ensure cash handling, pricing, exchanges, and returns follow policy.
• Train and coach staff on product knowledge and customer service.
• Support recruiting, hiring and development of team; assist with HR issues.
