Job summary

Rebel Convenience Stores in Indiana is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our team, support daily operations, and deliver an outstanding guest experience.

You will supervise and train staff, greet customers, resolve issues, and ensure the store stays clean, organized, and compliant with policies.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of supervisory or customer service experience, strong communication and multitasking skills, and valid driver’s license to travel to nearby stores.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2–4 years in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Mobility: Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Support: Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into their role when needed.
• Delivering Great Service: Greet customers warmly, assist with purchases, and resolve issues with professionalism and care.
• Managing the Store: Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe. Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Driving Efficiency: Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
