Job summary

You will support inventory control, shipments, replenishment, and eCommerce fulfillment while upholding brand visuals and standards.

The role requires a passion for fashion, retail leadership experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 1 year of team lead experience, preferably in a retail environment
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Has passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention and service
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset
• Available to work on a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as per business needs

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience for each customer and build long-term relationships
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and visual/merchandising standards
• Assist with inventory management, shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom order fulfillment
• Support store sales growth and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Collaborate with team to maintain brand standards
