The ideal candidate has 1+ year of team-lead retail experience, a passion for fashion, and strong interpersonal skills. This role requires adaptability to evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service.
• Social media, mobile devices, and computer skills are an asset.
• Must be available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote a positive shopping experience and build long-term customer relationships.
• Contribute to day-to-day store operations and brand presentation.
• Assist with inventory management and shipment processing, replenishment, and eCom fulfillment.
• Help optimize inventory levels and support store success.
