GARAGE in Boston is seeking a Team Lead to drive store success by delivering an exceptional shopping experience and building lasting customer relationships. You will help manage daily store operations, support inventory control, and uphold brand presentation standards while guiding a small team.

You should bring at least 1 year of team-lead retail experience, a passion for fashion, and flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience as a team lead in retail
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset
• Passion for fashion
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and relationship-building
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to service
• Social Media skills, mobile devices and computer skills are an asset
• Available to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities
