Job summary

Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a one-of-a-kind service experience.

You will train and coach staff, develop store relationships, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring a clean, engaging shopping environment. The role requires flexibility to cover day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve service quality, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
