Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates, sharing product knowledge, and delivering a high-energy, personal style shopping experience for customers.

You will train and coach staff, develop relationships to grow the business, and ensure seamless store operations while meeting sales targets. A commitment to flexible day/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or supervising staff.
• Ability to motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Familiarity with merchandise knowledge and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Motivate associates to deliver outstanding customer service – train, coach and lead by example
• Develop relationships to grow store business
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Assess associate performance to improve the quality of service the customer receives, increase sales, and meet store goals
• Develop and implement solutions to solve customer problems and store needs
• Be available to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts
